While bullying is a very terrible thing for anyone to endure, it is important to look at the actual behavior to determine how to help.
Parents must establish boundaries, rules, and structure for their teens to create life-long success habits.
Children must be taught how to not blame, but accept responsibility for their actions and feelings in any situation to lead a more productive life.
Because parents are the most important role model for their children, it is imparitive to teach children positive ways of living life through modeling.
As technology continues to advance, our lives will become easier but at what cost to our health? We must strive for daily movement.
